I'm not sure if I have mentioned before that we have a legacy of Military service in our family. Mostly Navy! John's dad was a Warrant Officer in the Army for 20 years. My father was a Naval Officer for 20 years. John graduated from the Naval Academy in 1970 and served for the next 20 years as a Navy Seal! Our oldest son Jeremey enlisted into the Navy at 18 and served for 6 years. Our oldest daughter Charity enlisted in the Navy at 19 and served for 6 years. That is where she met and married her husband Chris who was a Chief in the Navy and served for 20 years. Madeleine who is 7th from the top and enlisted in the Navy at
19, served 2 years. Our youngest son Matthew is 21 and currently serving in the Army. (He always had to be different. LOL!) As most of you know our youngest daughter Maria is 19 and has enlisted in the Navy and leaves on Tuesday. I also have a nephew who is currently serving in the Marine Corp.

In honor of them and our undying obsession to watching Navy play Army, (football), and more often than not win. I thought I'd share some pictures from a few of the games that we have attended. It is always in Dec. and most of the time in Philadelphia. We would love to go every year but as our family grows it becomes more, and more, difficult for everyone to get off work at the same time but we have managed a few times in the past. Hope you enjoy!

Headed home!

Faith was pregnant and not feeling well at all but you would never know!

End of a wonderful trip!

Just so you now we won both years! John took all three of his son-in-laws the following year and although I sent a camera along they did not take one picture! Yes Navy won once again!

We had planned on going this year but some how I don't think that our three little ones will be ready to go to a huge stadium full of screaming fans while sitting in sub zero temps...LOL! Maybe in 2013! :)
